On March 23rd, Guyette & Schmidt, Inc. conducted a small auction at the Great Lakes Decoy Collectors Show in Westlake, Ohio. The auction was unreserved and grossed $118,000 which was within the presale estimate. Top lot in the sale was a mallard drake by Charles Walker which sold over its estimate at $4,900. Jon Deeter and Zac Cote cataloged and ran the sale for Guyette & Schmidt, Inc. North Carolina auctioneer, Larry Carter did the bid calling for the sale.
